Frequently asked questions
What qualifies you to be able to coach me?
I have successfully navigated many transitions in my own life, and find great fulfilment in supporting others on their journey to successfully navigating their own. I am committed to being the best coach I can be, so my training as an Integral Coach® has been extensive and is both accredited and credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) – the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession.
What is Integral Coaching®?
Integral Coaching® is a powerful intervention because it does not reduce people to titles and job descriptions, but rather understands that they are multi-faceted beings with unique needs.
How is Integral Coaching® different to other forms of coaching?
Integral coaching® takes a holistic approach to personal and professional development by taking into account the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a client – so that true insights arise and lasting growth can take place. Other forms of coaching may only focus on one aspect of a person – e.g. your career – and work on that area in isolation.
How would you go about coaching me?
We will explore your current situation, your way of being in the world, and would dialogue around what you wish the outcomes of the coaching program to be. Once this is done, we will start working towards achieving these outcomes.
All coaching programs are completely customised. You will be able to observe and reflect on current patterns, and put into practice any new habits and insights that we covered during your sessions.
How do I know if I am ready to be coached?
You are ready to be coached if you are curious about yourself and your relationship with the world around you. You are also ready to be coached if you have reached a breaking point or plateau in your life and are aware that something simply has to change. Most importantly, you need to be open to new thoughts, concepts, feelings, ideas and possibilities in all areas of your life.
