Self-Reflection Questions During Covid-19 ... and beyond

Sheltering in place, less affectionately referred to as ‘lock-down’ has changed our lives radically.

While we are learning new ways to work, connect and cope, a lot of us are still having a very tough time - and that’s okay, this is tough!

In an effort to support you in your self-care, here are a list of questions that will help you check in with yourself every day.

  1. What am I grateful for today?

  2. Who am I checking in on, or connecting with, today?

  3. What expectations of “normal” am I letting go of today?

  4. How am I getting outside today?

  5. How am I moving my body today?

  6. What beauty am I creating, cultivating, or inviting in today?

I would like to extend a gentle invitation to you to use these questions as journal prompts, supporting you as you reflect on your experience and growth during this challenging time.

Friends, I truly believe that our world, as we know it, is going to be radically different as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
I would like to encourage you to continue to reflect on these questions even once Covid-19 is a thing of the past.
